Join the discussion on Twitter REGISTER FOR EMC 2023 For the last few years, the Emerging Manager Circle (EMC) has been an immense influence on my life. As someone who grew up outside of traditional venture circles, the process of launching a venture fund was daunting. I didn’t have mentors who were willing to show me the ropes, I just had an irrational belief that Equal Ventures was something that founders needed and knew I wanted to spend the rest of my career building it.
I would love to be part of the EMC and join the summit this year. I just signed for both. carabela.vc is based in Guadalajara (MX) and invests in LatAm. Raising my first fund (4.5m) was a huge challenge. I'm now preparing (mentally) for fund 2 and would love to learn from the participants/speakers and give back whatever I can.
