Summer 2025 Internships at Equal (MBA & Undergrad)
We’re excited to kick off our 2025 Summer Intern recruiting process. This year we’re looking to bring on multiple interns to support our investment team.
We have opportunities for interns across 2 distinct tracks. Both roles are open to Undergrads or MBAs:
Generalist Intern – Work closely with our investment team on deals across industries and work on projects related to firm infrastructure, content, and events.
Specialist Interns – Will be paired with one of our industry Product Owners (more here) and will dive deep into a single industry over the summer to develop deep expertise and research specific opportunities. The industries of focus for Equal are Retail, Supply Chain, Insurance, and Climate.
Internships will last for 10 weeks during the summer and will include a paid stipend. Interns will be expected to be in person at our office in NYC for the duration of the internship.

Intellectually Curious — Insatiable thirst for knowledge on how / why things work
Professional — Takes immense pride in the detail, thoroughness, accuracy, and overall quality of their work. Capable of engaging and developing relationships with industry leaders, founders and other investors in accordance with the Equal brand
Self-directed — Works with team members to complete tasks without someone looking over their shoulder
Friendly — We like nice people, no egos
