This marks the third time I’ve had the pleasure of hiring Ali — the first when he was in college while I was at Lightbank and second when we started Equal (joining us even prior to closing a single dollar of capital). Ali left Equal in late 2021 for the other side of the table to pursue his entrepreneurial routes.
